Message	10W30 in the Z32 and 5W30 in the Protege. The nice thing with Amsoil 5W30 is that it has a pour temperature of -50 deg. C. Just imagine how much easier that is on your car in extreme cold weather starting. And for point of reference, it does get that cold up here in winter. On the Z32, I haven't noticed anything negative from using Amsoil 10W30.
